Birthday Parties
Please Arrive 15 minutes early. A Party Attendant will be provided for setup, chaperoning, and takedown, but you may come up to 30 minutes early for setup . It is recommended that you come dressed to swim for WIBIT parties, but you are more than welcome to use our Universal Locker Room to get ready.
WIBIT Party- (Saturday 12pm to 2:30pm) (Sundays 1pm to 3:30pm)
- The party is hosted in Pool B for a member price of $17.50/child. A non-refundable minimum deposit of $175 is required to reserve the party. The deposit covers the cost of the first 20 children (maximum 30 children) for members. Each additional child is $5.
- The cost for non members $21.25/child. A non-refundable minimum deposit of $175 is required to reserve the party. The deposit covers the cost of the first 20 children (maximum 30 children). Each additional child is $5.
- Children must pass a swim test to use WIBITS. In addition to the swim test, all participants using the WIBITs must wear a US Coast Guard approved lifejacket provided by the Y.
- Pool time is private due to size of the WIBITS!
- This 2.5 hour party includes, 1 hour spent in Pool B for swim and WIBIT fun. Next comes 45 minutes in our Community Room. Pizza, water, plates, tablecloths and forks will be included. (Cake is not provided) Lastly, the children will have the opportunity to play in Gym A (basketball court nearest the lobby) for 45 minutes. Dodgeballs, horseshoes, and many other sports and games will be provided!
Dodgeball Party- (Saturday 12-2:30PM) (Sunday 1-3:30PM)
- The party is hosted in Gym A for a member price of $12.50/child. A non-refundable minimum deposit of $175 is required to reserve the party. The total covers the cost of the first 20 children (maximum 30 children) for members. Each additional child is $5.
- The cost for non-members is $15/child. A non-refundable minimum deposit of $175 is required to reserve the party. The total covers the cost of the first 20 children (maximum 30 children). Each additional child is $5.
- This 2.5 hour party includes, 1 hour spent in Gym A for athletic and chaotic fun. Next comes 45 minutes in our Community Room. Pizza, water, plates, tablecloths and forks will be included. (Cake is not provided) Lastly, the children will have the opportunity to play in Gym A again (basketball court nearest the lobby) for 45 minutes. Basketballs, horseshoes, and many other sports and games will be provided!
